Juan Ginés Sánchez Moreno, Sánchez (born May 15, 1972 in Aldaia, Horta Oest), is a retired Spanish football striker.

During his career, Sánchez played mostly for Valencia CF (1992-93, 1999-04) and Celta de Vigo (1994-99, 2004-06), before retiring at age 34 with two national championships (2002, 04) to his credit, although he played sparingly in the latter (10 matches, no complete ones). Sánchez's best output came during 1998-99, when he netted 13 goals for Celta's final fifth place.

In 2001, Sánchez scored two goals in the 2001 Champions League semifinal second leg against Leeds United (3-0 home win), although the first was achieved with his hand. He was replaced in the final loss against Bayern Munich.

Sánchez appeared once for Spain, playing 12 minutes in a 2-2 friendly match against Italy, on November 18, 1998, in Salerno. After retiring from football, he became Valencia's sporting director, succeeding Miguel Ángel Ruiz.
