Phil Gray (born October 2, 1968) was a former professional football player. His usual position was striker. Gray played twenty-six matches for the Northern Ireland national football team, scoring 6 goals.

He began his career in 1986 with Tottenham Hotspur, and later played for Luton Town, Sunderland, Burnley and Oxford United as well as spells abroad at AS Nancy Lorraine and Fortuna Sittard and loan spells at Barnsley and Fulham, before finishing his career playing for English non-league teams.

In his nearly twenty years in the game, Gray commanded transfer fees totalling almost £1.5 million.

In May 2003 Gray joined Maidenhead United as assistant to manager John Dreyer, leaving with Dreyer in November 2004.
