The company was incorporated in January 2000 and has been involved in projects and investments that include SMS and WAP applications and services with leading mobile phone companies, B2B/B2C e-commerce initiatives and investment in research and development.

Projects

*AzTech developed the Government Electronic Procurement System of the Department of Budget and Management as well as develop the wholesale electricity spot market system and has made investments in a start-up BPO operation specializing in the US healthcare sector
*Its game development group launched mobile applications in Europe and the United States and has completed technical tests for a voice short messaging system.
*It developed myAyala's in-house florist operations and provided services for contact centers.
