Rose Jackson is an Australian university student and political activist. She has held a number of positions over the years in various organisations.
Student politics

For the 2007 Federal Election, Rose was the Campaign Director for Labor's Candidate for the marginal Sydney seat of Wentworth,

21 November 2007, it was alleged Jackson had "espoused anti-Zionism" during her tenure in the NUS. The incident attracted significant media coverage because of Jackson's role as a staffer for candidateGeorge Newhouse whose electorate of Wentworth has the highest Jewish population of any in Australia. In September 2008 Jackson was elected as a Counciler to Wavely local council, in Sydneys eastern suburbs. She continues to interact and grow in popularity with activist groups and the left wing of the Australian Labor party.
