The Luxury Flats are a rock band out of Hudson, NY. The band is composed of Joe V, Damara, Joe Terry, and Mikey. The band's members live at Spook Rock, an 18th century house east of Hudson, New York where together they eat, sleep, record and play croquet. The band was named Metroland's best band of 2006 and were featured in a cover story by associate editor John Brodeur in August 2006.
