The Errington of Hooton, Cheshire baronetcy is in the
Baronetage of England and was settled on William Stanley, the greatgrandson of Sir William Stanley of Hooton and Stourton on17 June 1661 and is extinct.The ninth Baronet married Mary Haggerston, greatniece and heiress of Henry Errington of Sandhoe House,
Northumberland . The eleventh Baronet, their second son born Rowland Stanley, inherited the Errington estate in Northumberland and changed his name to ErringtonErrington Baronets (of Hooton) (1661)
