Chapter One - Part B: Sumi finds that being in the form of Jun is actually quite convinent when she gets to talk man to man with Mitsuru, but she learns he likes a girl in his grade. Sumi becomes dishearted by this news, but continues to be Jun to see Mitsuru. When she gets into a bad fight with a stranger on the street, she realizes she has gone over the [2 hour] time limit being in her transformed state and runs away. Mitsuru finds Sumi --not realizing she has just untransformed from being Jun-- and carries her to safety, but when he says he likes "her", she becomes Jun again in excitement of his words. But Sumi finds it is not her that belonged in Mitsuru's heart, but her friend, Miyo/Miyoko-chan. She realizes her mistake of not knowing what type of girl Mitsuru really liked before doing anything. She learns to have better judgment. But Sumi hasn't transformed into Jun since the street fight. Just as she thinks the medicine has began to wear off, she happens to transform again.

Chapter Two: Mitsuru announces to Sumi that he's fallen for a cute girl, and promptly points her out on their daily after school "date". Sumi becomes discouraged by the cuteness of the girl and thinks all is hopeless, so she tries to be happy for Mitsuru. As Jun, she tells him he should learn how to adjust with Hozomi-san if he really likes her. The next day, Sumi sees Mitsuru completely distraught. Hozumi seems to be keeping a lot about herself, so Mitsuru followed her home. There, he saw a man in the apartment Hozumi walked into. Even more so, he noticed the laundry that was set out to dry was a mix of female and male undergarments!

After Sumi and Mitsuru see Hozumi heading towards the school gym, she hurries to seek out the girl and have a talk with her. When Sumi finally catches up with her, Hozumi agrees to talk and drags her into the warehouse of sports' equipment. Hozumi admits there that she doesn't have anyone she likes, but she has no romantic interest in Mitsuru either. Angrily, she scolds Hozumi and becoming Jun while doing so. Jun becomes surprised when Hozumi knows about her father. She explains her own story in which Sumi's father came along to offer her the same gender hormone growth medicine. Turning back into her true male form, the male Hozumi explains he was sent to investigate her (Jun) by Kyouoko. Later, Hozumi pretends to know nothing of Jun and gives up on the investigate Kyouoko sought him to do.

Chapter Three: Sumi becomes nervous when Hanako Maki of the News Club stubbornly declares she will give the school a report of the true identity of the rumored mystery guy everyone is talking about -- Tadano Jun. She worries her identity as Jun will be exposed, but Mitsuru tells her his secret meetings with Jun after school must be kept secret. Sumi blushes in infatuation of the look on his face, and runs off saying she needs to go to the toilet. However, she bumps into Kyouoko who leads her to the toilet. Just as she is about to transform at any moment, Hozumi knocks her out. Jun brings her to the infirmary where she wakes up. She tries to seduce him again, but in the moment, Maki Hanako catches a photo of them on top of each other. Kyouoko tells him to not worry about it, but he says dirty rumors will spread about her if it gets around, which makes Kyouoko surprised by his words. As Jun looks for Maki, Mitsuru talks to him, whereas the snooping newsgirl appears again to snap a shot of Jun and Mitsuru. She tries to run off again, but this time Jun reaches her in time to take the camera and erase the pictures. Maki attempts to trip Jun while he's being chased by girls, but she misses. When another girl acts out as a damsel in distress, Maki is so close to catching him except the girl who helped Maki is overcome by Jun's charms and lets him go.

A mishap occurs when Maki sees Sumi running out of class into the media room and wonders what is going on. Maki sees Jun stepping out of the room and comes to the shocking conclusion Jun and Sumi must be together at school in the room. But when she enters to catch Sumi red handed, she sees no one and only finds her school uniform. Maki takes a picture of Sumi exiting the room after transforming back to herself. Sumi is shocked to have her secret known, but Mitsuru comes to her leads her away.

Maki gloats about her success about finding the real identity of Jun, but during the night, Jun appears in her bedroom in a strange suit and tells her the fib of a lie so far from the truth that he is an alien from outer space. She, of course, doesn't believe him, but he gives her proof. Observing outside the window, Maki witnesses his "comrade" Hozumi transform into a girl. He continues on to say that aliens possess human forms and that the people themselves have no idea. Maki becomes frightened at the prospect of herself being possessed as Jun edges that idea in her mind. She promises not to say anything.

In the morning, Maki is stunned to see one of the photos she took of Jun have been replaced with the body of an alien! Sumi greets Maki at school as she hides suspiciously behind a pole. She mentions what Maki asked her last time, but Maki mumbles she doesn't remember. Then she remarks she feels sorry for Sumi, but runs off as Sumi asks what she means.

Mitsuru meets up with Sumi. The weather is warm, but Mitsuru comments how hot it is and pulls his shirt apart a bit -- sending Sumi into a blushing frenzy and running off before she transforms! On the last panels, Kyouoko sits in the infirmary and wonders what has gotten into her as thinking of Jun is heart-rending.

Characters

Takaoko Sumi : She has a huge crush on Sudou Mitsuru. Using her father's newly developed growth hormone medicine in hopes of transforming into a flasher, eye-catching woman in order to get Mitsuru to notice her, she instead becomes stuck with the dilemma of changing into a man whenever her heart beats faster and becoming excited near Mitsuru. However, as a man, she is prone to acting "cool" with charisma toward people; therefore attracting a lot of attention; including those of Kyouoko-sensei and Mitsuru. She learns she has to get to know Mitsuru first before knowing what type of girl he likes after he's rejected by Miyo-chan. She supports him as he likes the female Hozumi, but as Hozumi only wants to be friends with Mitsuru after all. She starts to fall for Nishiziwa afterwards, and can't decide between Mitsuru and Shizuka.

Tadano Jun: Sumi's alter ego when she transforms. Tadano Jun actually means "only Jun, nothing else", but Kyouoko misinterpreted and assumed his surname is Tadano. Jun draws a lot of attention and holds a great deal of charisma. As Jun, she can talk to Mitsuru easily as a man. Jun gives good advice to Mitsuru as he wants to be like Jun. He rejects the advances of Kyouoko, and is constantly being chased by other girls. Even though Sumi is in the form of a man as Jun, she likes Mitsuru just the same.

Sudou Mitsuru: Meets Sumi in the form of Takaoko Jun after she transformed into him. Later on, he encounters Jun again at school and after taking in Jun's character, he wants to be cool as he is. He needs Jun's help to confess to a girl he likes, but in the process of being rejected afterwards, he becomes friends with Sumi and tells her about another girl he's fallen for. Later on, he falls in love with Sumi and gets jealous when she's around Shizuka. He thought Jun and Sumi were going out for a while after she saw her with a teddy bear he gave to Jun. Jun, however, tells him that he and Sumi are brother and sister to cover up.

Nishiziwa Shizuka: He meets Sumi while she's at the beach. He turns into an attractive female whenever he eats seafood, his favorite food. He first comments on Sumi being flat and not be very sexy, but eventually he falls in love with her. He confesses to her on Valentine's Date while he and Sumi are out on a date. Jun turns back into Sumi whenever he looks at Shizuka.

Tadao Hozumi: The girl Mitsuru falls for. She doesn't like Mitsuru romantically, but wouldn't mind being friends with him. But in fact, she is a man with fierce looking eyes transformed into a cute girl because of the same gender changing hormone growth medicine Sumi used. She exposes her true male self to Jun and explains how he's always been rough and rude, but the medicine helped to soften him. Hired by Kyouoko to investigate Tadano Jun, but ends up becoming friends with him.

Karazawa Kyouoko: Yamanoue High School's infirmary nurse. Big breasted and beautiful; the male students gather around her often. Mitsuru has a liking for her. She is merely interested in Jun when she first sees him with Mitsuru, but then tries to seduce him in turn he evades her flirting techniques. It seems she hired a hit man to start a fight with Jun on the streets in order to test his fighting skills later, and then hired Hozumi to find out more about Tadano Jun as he is nowhere on the school register. She is even more curious about the mysterious Jun when the investigate ends up going nowhere. It looks like she is beginning to think of Jun seriously a love interest...?

Hanako Maki: Belongs to the news club and vows to find out the true identity of the rumored guy -- Tadano Jun. she goes as far as to snap two individual pictures of Jun with Kyouoko, and then Jun with Mitsuru, but they end up being erased. She does end up cracking Sumi's secret as Jun, but promises not to tell as she thinks she'll end up being alien possessed from the believable lie Jun told her.

Miyoko-chan : Takaoko Sumi's friend. As it turns out, Mitsuru had a crush on her, but got rejected as he found out she already had a boyfriend.
