WEAC (1500 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Country music format.Licensed to Gaffney, South Carolina, USA. The station is currently owned by Gaffney Broadcasting, Incorporated and features programing from Westwood One and CNN Radio. Most of the day the station was a simulcast of 105.3 WAGI-FM, until 2007 when WAGI was sold to different ownership and the station became WNOW-FM. WAGI's station programming still exists on its sister station 1500 WEAC. It has about a 10 mile range. It could be heard as far west as Chesnee/Cowpens as far east as Blacksburg, and as far north as the Cleveland County line.
