Eresos-Antissa (Ερεσός-Άντισσα) is a municipality on the island of Lesbos, in the Lesbos Prefecture, Greece. It is located in the westernmost part of the island, and is the largest in land area in the prefecture at 290.947 km². Its population was 5,530 at the 2001 census. The seat of the municipality is in Eresos (pop. 1,097). The next largest towns are Ántissa (900), Mesótopos (853), Vatoússa (529) and Chidira (488).
