State Route 52 was a state highway in the U.S. state of Nevada, running west from U.S. Route 95 southeast of Indian Springs, via Pahrump, to the California state line at State Route 178. A gap through the Toiyabe National Forest via Clark Canyon was never built, and in 1976 the road became State Route 156 and State Route 372, with the portion from Pahrump east to the forest losing its state highway status.

When it was first defined (by 1935), SR 52 ran along a different route, from US 95 at Indian Springs south to the forest, and then southeast on present State Route 158 to meet State Route 39 (now State Route 157).
