Todd Kelly (born on October 9, 1979 in Mildura, Victoria, Australia) is a V8 Supercar racing driver, currently living in Melbourne, Victoria. He drove for the Holden Racing Team from 2003 until 2007. His tenure at the team including a win at the Bathurst 1000 with team mate Mark Skaife in 2005.

In 2003 Todd was part of the 2 car Holden Monaro assault by Garry Rogers Motorsport on the 2nd Bathurst 24hr race. With Co-drivers Jason Bright, Greg Murphy and the late Peter Brock, Todd won the race just ahead of the teams lead car.

Todd recently became the youngest ever driver to reach 100 V8 Championship rounds surpassing the previous mark set by Garth Tander by two and a half years.

Todd's 2006 season has been fairly average throughout the first six rounds, albeit through mechanical failures, however after strong driving performances at the next 3 rounds including 2nd in both the Sandown 500 and Bathurst 1000 when he paired up with younger brother Rick Kelly. Todd's seat was taken by regular Toll HSV Dealer Team driver Garth Tander. He is just starting to show some of the form that had him finish 4th in championship in 2005.

At the conclusion of the 2007 season, Kelly announced he would drive for Jack Daniel's Racing from 2008 onwards after a five-year association with HRT. This move is believed to have also been supported by 07 champion Garth Tander confirming he will be moving from Toll HSV to HRT.
