Morten Ryelund (born July 6, 1970) is a Danish violinist and conductor.
He made his debut as a conductor in 1994 with the Copenhagen Youth Symphony Orchestra and has since been the conductor of many orchestras - both amateur and professional. He is mainly working with young musicians. For example conducting the orchestra of Orkesterefterskolen in the Danish city of Holstebro or conducting the talented string ensemble DRUEN, DR Ungdomsensemble. Among his other work is conducting The Tolkien Ensemble and playing the violin in that ensemble also.
