Codenix

Codenix is a small but growing Argentinian Corporation that produces artwork, music and software for a variety of multimedia applications.

Membership

The most famous member of Codenix is Juan Linietsky, the creator of Cheesetracker. Most of the other members are friends and associates.

Philosophy

Codenix's website reports that they feel that most APIs are "too expensive" and "pre-boxed" (That is to say, narrow), and seeks to develop "a simple, consistent, straightforward, and well documented" system.
