"F-1 World Grand Prix" is a Formula One racing game/sim for the Nintendo 64 it was released in 1998. It is based around the 1997 Formula One season featuring all the 22 drivers and the 17 circuits which were in the 1997 season.(Although Mastercard-Lola did compete in the 1997 Australian Grand Prix they are not featured in the game as they pulled out after the race.) There are five different modes which players can choose from. They are; Grand Prix, where you compete for the championship as one of the 22 drivers, Exhibition, where you compete in one GP, Time Trial, where you try and get the best time on each track, Challenge, where you have to complete a number of real scenarios from the 1997 season such as trying to win the 1997 Hungarian Grand Prix as Damon Hill or beating Jean Alesi as David Coulthard in the 1997 Italian Grand Prix. The final mode, multiplayer is where you can VS a few friends in friendly races without other cars.
