*Heavyweight Bout: flagicon|Brazil Pedro Rizzo vs. flagicon|USA Tra Telligman:Rizzo wins by technical knockout due to doctor's stoppage at 4:24 of Round 2 when a large cut was opened over Telligman's eye exposing his skull.

*Middleweight Bout: flagicon|USA Matt Lindland vs. flagicon|USA Falaniko Vitale:Vitale wins by technical knockout at 1:56 of Round 1. Lindland botched a throw attempt and landed on his own head, instantly knocking himself out.

*Lightweight Bout: flagicon|Bahamas Yves Edwards vs. flagicon|USA Eddie Ruiz:Edwards won by unanimous decision. All three judges scored the bout 30-27.

Main card

*Heavyweight Bout: flagicon|USA Frank Mir vs. flagicon|USA Wes Sims:Mir won by disqualification at 2:55 of Round 1 after Sims stomped down on Mir's face after slamming his way out of a Frank Mir armbar attempt.

*Heavyweight Bout: flagicon|GBR Ian Freeman vs. flagicon|USA Vernon White:Freeman and White fought to a split draw. Judges scored the bout 30-27, 29-28, 29-29. Vernon White was a replacement for Lion's Den teammate Ken Shamrock, who was unable to participate due to a knee injury.

*Light Heavyweight Bout: flagicon|Brazil Vitor Belfort vs. flagicon|USA Marvin Eastman:Belfort won by technical knockout due to strikes at 1:07 of Round 1.

*Heavyweight Bout: flagicon|USA Tank Abbott vs. flagicon|USA Kimo Leopoldo:Leopoldo wins by head arm choke at 1:59 of Round 1.

*Interim Light Heavyweight Championship: flagicon|USA Randy Couture vs flagicon|USA Chuck Liddell:Couture won by technical knockout due to strikes at 2:39 of Round 3. Couture becomes the Interim Light Heavyweight Champion, and the first person to win a title in two different weight divisions (Couture was a two-time Heavyweight Champion).
