Kasa District, Kyoto

Kasa (加佐郡; -gun) was a district located in Kyoto, Japan.

As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 5,571 and a density of 57.55 persons per km². The total area was 96.81 km².

Merger

On January 1, 2006 the town of Ōe from Kasa District merged into the city of Fukuchiyama. Kasa District was dissolved as a result of this merger.
