Tim Genis

Tim Genis

Tim Genis is the "Principal Timpanist" with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. He was formerly a member of the Hong Kong Philharmonic and the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Genis completed his undergraduate degree at the Eastman School of Music studying with John Beck. He later completed his masters degree at the Juilliard School with Roland Koloff. He currently teaches at Boston University.
