Ebuka Obi-Uchendu

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu (born July 14, 1982), was a contestant on the Nigerian version of the Endemol reality show "Big Brother", where he was seen by viewers worldwide.

His homes are in Abuja and Lagos although he was born and raised in Edo State.

Early career

Prior to "Big Brother" Ebuka was an attorney. He was also seen in the 2face Idibia Abuja concert.

Big Brother Nigeria

One of the water cooler topics involving Ebuka on the show was his three way affair between fellow contestants Helen and Francisca. Ebuka might also have been aspiring to be the face of Guinness as he vividly displayed his fondness of the drink.

Although the 6ft, 2in house mate finished in eighth place on Big Brother Nigeria, Ebuka became wildly popular and viewers created numerous fan sites, in which they would rant and rave on his actions. He ended up becoming one of the most popular contestant on the show.

Post Big Brother career

Ebuka signed deals with Globacom and Guinness and as such now hosts a Guinness-sponsored show "Friend or Foe" on NTA, the GLO Show also on the NTA as well as Guinness' Greatness TV. He also maintains a weekly column called 'Contrast' with Nigeria's national daily newspaper, Thisday.
