Ramon Gaspar Henderson (born
August 18 ,1963 in Moncion,Dominican Republic ) is the bullpen coach inMajor League Baseball for thePhiladelphia Phillies . He has been working for the Phillies in this capacity since 1998. He also playedminor league baseball as aninfielder in the Phillies organization from 1982 until 1989.Ramon has become best known, however, for his role in the 2005 and 2006
Major League Baseball All-Star Game s, where he pitched to theHome Run Derby champions both years (Philliesoutfielder Bobby Abreu and Philliesfirst baseman Ryan Howard , respectively).
