Glen Thompsett

Glen Thompsett is a British television presenter, radio presenter, voiceover artist and continuity announcer.

Glen's career has included working in Radio with British Independent Local Radio stations Severn Sound, GWR FM Wiltshire, Mercia Sound and Invicta FM.

Glen was hosting the breakfast show during his time at Invicta FM during the late 80’s and early 90’s gaining some of the highest audience figures in the station’s history. He worked with Julie Maddocks (known on the show as eye in the sky "Julie the Jambuster") whom he later went on to wed. He has worked as a continuity announcer for TVS, LWT and for ITV nationally. He has also presented for several networks, including Sky News, TV Travel Shop, QVC and ITV region Meridian in the South East of England . His work also includes corporate voiceovers, narration, and commercial presentations. Glen was with LWT from 1987 until it closed in 2002.

Glen continues to work on television, and can be seen regularly on "Meridian News" on Meridian. He can also be seen regularly on commercial presentations/infomercials as well.
