"Solar Eclipse" is a video game released for the Panasonic 3DO and the Sega Saturn, developed and published by Crystal Dynamics (before the buyout by Eidos Interactive). It is notable because its full motion video sequences star Claudia Christian and space-flight pioneer Gary Hudson plays the player character. Easter egg levels are possible after every regular level of the game. The easter egg levels are played similar to the regular levels, however they have ridiculous settings. Notable levels include: shooting the programming team's flying heads, and shooting sheep standing on green hills (from another Crystal Dynamic game - The Horde).
There was a sequel released the following year called Total Eclipse.
