"Shapes" is the nineteenth episode of the first season of "The X-Files" science-fiction television series created by Chris Carter. It deals mainly with lycanthropy.

Plot

Mulder and Scully travel to an American Indian reservation in northwestern Montana to investigate a manslaughter case involving an Indian man who was mistaken for a wild animal. Mulder believes the case may relate to the very first X-File ever created at the FBI, and its main subject: Lycanthropy.
