Dacia n andDaco-Roman historical site, situated inCorabia on the north bank of theDanube . There can be found: the firstChristian Basilica inRomania , the foot of a Roman bridge over theDanube built by Constantine the Great to link Sucidava withOescus (today inBulgaria , inMoesia ), a secret underground fountain which flows under the walls of the town to capture a water spring situated outside, a museum were are exposed ancient relics and more.From archeological point of view the coins found at Sucidava show an uninterrupted series fromAurelian (270-275) to Theodosios II (408-450). The archelogic evidence show that in AD 443 or 447 the city suffer from huns attacs, still the city is restored under Iustin I 518-527 or Justinian 527-565.
