Talent Zoo (or TalentZoo.com) is a recruitment company and job search engine specializing in the communications industry, including the advertising, marketing, public relations, broadcasting, and publishing sectors. A career portal for daily news, advice, and editorials, TalentZoo hosts blogs and podcasts pertaining to marketing, advertising, and new media.

The Talent Zoo headquarters is located in Atlanta, Georgia, where the company was launched in 1996. Since the company's launch from founder Rick Myers' spare bedroom, Talent Zoo has grown to nearly 40 employees. Talent Zoo was named by Forbes Magazine as "Best of the Web for niche job boards.
