Sisters Island is a small island with an area of 1.43 ha, off Sisters Beach on the north-west coast of Tasmania, south-eastern Australia.
Sisters Island could be confused with the similarly named Sisters Island Group in the Furneaux Group of north-eastern Tasmania, although the latter name is unofficial.
Flora and fauna
Much of the island is covered with a dense canopy of "Coprosma repens".
