"Allobates" is a genus of Poison dart frogs native to the lowland forests of Guyana, Surinam, and French Guiana and the Amazon drainage basin of central South America.

Taxonomy

"Allobates" is a small genus, which only includes two species: the Brilliant-thighed Poison Frog ("Allobates femoralis"), and the Sanguine Poison Frog ("Allobates zaparo").
