- Sheboygan Hmong Memorial
The Sheboygan Hmong Memorial (or Lao, Hmong and American Veterans Memorial) was dedicated on July 15, 2006 in
Sheboygan ,Wisconsin in Deland Park. It serves as a monument to the service and sacrifice of theHmong people of Laos who fought for theUnited Sates during the secret war from 1961-1975. It seeks to honor and remember the all the Hmongs who took part in the struggle against communism. It includes all those who were a part of the Hmong Secret Guerilla Unit Army that fought against theNorth Vietnamese Army (NVA) in theSecret War , as well as all civilian participants.External links
