Ilio DiPaolo (November 8 1926 - May 10 1995), was an American professional wrestler and restaurateur who lived in the Buffalo, New York area.

DiPaolo retired from wrestling in 1965 and opened an eponymous Italian restaurant in Blasdell, New York a suburb of Buffalo. He died in 1995 after being struck by a car in Hamburg, New York during a torrential downpour while attempting to cross the street.

World Championship Wrestling held annual memorial cards for DiPaolo from 1996 through 1999. He was selected as a New York State Award recipient by the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2003.
