The Panama City-Lynn Haven, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area is a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) consisting of Bay County in the state of Florida in the United States. The principal cities in the MSA are Panama City and Lynn Haven. In 2005 the population of the MSA was 161,721.
