Salamis Bay

The Salamis Bay (Greek: Κόλπος Σαλαμίνας "Ormos Salaminas") is a bay that connects with the Saronic Gulf to the west. The total length is approximately 10 km long from north east to west and about 4 km wide from north to south.It begins from the northwesternmost tip down to Cape Petritis. Villages by the gulf includes Aianteio( or Eantio).

The mountains encircle the bay except for the open waters to the west. The road linking with places in the south of the island lie to the east and another further north.
