Eikefjord is a village and a former municipality in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. It is part of the traditional district of Sunnfjord. The administrative center of the former municipality of Eikefjord was the village of Eikefjord.

In 2001, the village of Eikefjord had 322 inhabitants. The greater Eikefjord area had exactly 1,000 inhabitants (Eikefjord 322, Tonheim/Grov 100, Sunnarvik 88, Hovland 192, Svardal/Steindalen 55, Langedal/Ramsdal 117, Endestad/Løkkebø 126). History

Eikefjord was established as a municipality on 1 January 1923, when it was split from the municipality of Kinn. Eikefjord had an initial population of 929 residents.

On 1 January 1964, Eikefjord was merged with municipality of Kinn, the town of Florø, and parts of the municipalities of Bru, Vevring, and Bremanger to form the new municipality of Flora.
