Winston Kinnard Garland (born
December 19 1964 , inGary, Indiana ) is an American former professionalbasketball player who was selected by theMilwaukee Bucks in the 2nd round (40th overall) of the1987 NBA Draft . A 6'2" guard fromMissouri State University , Garland played in 8 professional seasons, 7 of which were in the NBA where he played for 5 different teams. He played for theGolden State Warriors (1987-90),Los Angeles Clippers (1990-91),Denver Nuggets (1991-92),Houston Rockets (1992-1993) andMinnesota Timberwolves (1994-95).
