"I Saved the World Today" is a song recorded by British pop music duo Eurythmics. It was written and co-produced by Eurythmics members Annie Lennox and David A. Stewart and was included on their album "Peace" in 1999.

The song was released as the first single from the album and returned Eurythmics to the UK singles chart for the first time in nearly a decade, peaking at number eleven. "I Saved the World Today" was not released as a single in the United States.

Early in a second-season episode of "The Sopranos", "The Knight in White Satin Armor", the song was briefly played and then meaningfully used as background for the closing scene.
