Alphonse Marie Tchami Djomaha (born 14 February, 1971 in Kekem) is a retired Cameroonian football player.

Career

Tchami began his career in his homeland with Unisport Bafang before moving to Danish side Vejle BK. After a short spell which involved relegation, Tchami moved to Odense BK where his form won him a move to Argentine side Boca Juniors shortly after the 1994 FIFA World Cup. In 1997, after three years in South America, Tchami returned to Europe with German side Hertha Berlin. Tchami spent two season with the "Old Lady" before a spell in the United Arab Emirates with Al-Wasl.

Tchami played in fifty-seven matches for Cameroon and was a participant at the 1994 and 1998 FIFA World Cups, in addition to the 1994 and 1996 African Cup of Nations. Something of a journeyman, Tchami's club career spanned twelve clubs over ten countries and four continents.
