"How Many Licks" is a Rap-R&B song released as the second single from Lil' Kim's 2000 Lil' album The Notorious K.I.M.. The song is about Lil' Kim bragging about the various men she's been with and the effects her "dolls" have on men. The single featured R&B singer Sisqo. It still receives rotation in nightclubs, often spun toward the beginning of the night due to its capacity as a raunchy and rousing anthem.

The song samples the theme from the TV show, "Knight Rider"

The Remix produced by The Neptunes features verses by Snoop Dogg, and Lil Cease with Pharrell & Kelis on the hook.

Music Video

The music video is about Kim releasing a line of edible dolls for men that are supposed to be used for cunnilingus. During the first verse Kim raps about the different men she's had sexual encounters with and how they please her sexually and non-sexually. The first doll is introduced but receives no information other than its name; Candy Kim. The second verse "goes out to [her] n****s in jail" who masturbate while imagining having sex with Kim. This verse introduces Pin-Up Kim, who is shown on posters in the cells of various inmates. The last verse introduces the last doll of the collection, NightRider Kim. NightRider Kim drives a black Lamborghini at high speeds and slows down when she sees men. The slogan for NightRider Kim, the only slogan for any of the dolls, is "She doesn't satisfy you...you satisfy her." She notes that, if you fail to satisfy her, you must try again. She stresses that men should practice cunnilingus on her "like it's rehearsal for a tootsie commercial." At the end of the video it says "Collect All Three!" and features several warnings on who these dolls are for but move too fast to read. During the chorus Kim is backed by several dancers and performs erotic choreography.
