Survivor Series (1991) was the fifth annual Survivor Series pay-per-view professional wrestling event produced by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on Thanksgiving Eve, November 27 1991 at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

Results

*The Undertaker (w/Paul Bearer) defeated Hulk Hogan to win the WWF Championship (12:45)
**Undertaker pinned Hogan after a Tombstone Piledriver onto a steel chair placed in the ring by Ric Flair.
*(4 on 4) Survivor Series match: The Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags) and The Beverly Brothers (Beau and Blake) defeated The Rockers (Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty) and The Bushwhackers (Luke Williams and Butch Miller) (23:06):

Notes

*Sgt. Slaughter replaced Jim Neidhart on Jim Duggan's team, who was "injured" in a match with Ric Flair.
*Tito Santana replaced Ricky Steamboat on Duggan's team, who had left the WWF by this point.
*Hercules replaced Big Bully Busick on Col. Mustafa's team, who had left the WWF by this point.
*Sid Justice and Jake Roberts were originally involved in the Six Man Elimination Match. Sid had injured his Bicep and was forced to miss the event. This was explained on-screen by Jack Tunney suspending Roberts for his Cobra attack on Randy Savage weeks earlier.
*Undertaker vs. Hulk Hogan was the first one-on-one match at Survivor Series.
