Hilltop Baptist School is a private Christian school located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The school is a ministry of Hilltop Baptist Church and belongs to the Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools (SBACS).

History

The school was founded in 1979 and has been in continuous operation since then.

Extracurricular activities

Hilltop Baptist fields teams in basketball, cheerleading, football, track, volleyball, and wrestling in Colorado High School Activities Association sanctioned competition.

Other extracurricular activities include Bible Club, offered before and after school, and MatchWits, whose varsity level team represents the school in Knowledge Bowl competition.

Curriculum

Hilltop Baptist School offers traditional education for grades K-12. The Talent Development program was established in 1984 for students with exceptional needs. The program offers students an individualized computer-based education using Switched-On Schoolhouse.
