Andrew Adams (entrepreneur)

Andrew Adams (born October 19, 1980), Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

Best known for his efforts as a young entrepreneur, Andrew founded CedarSoft Technologies at the age of 16. After Gaining the attention of rural media, he was able to ride the popular internet boom of the time, shipping computer parts to online customers. The company enjoyed a small fan following before losing ground to larger manufacturers and eventually being acquired in 2003, just 7 years after its inception.

He gained attention in 1998 after publishing predictions regarding the future of computer memory (RAM) in an online technology journal. The article impressed media pioneer David Bunnell (of PC World fame), which opened the door for several guest appearances in other popular publications.

Andrew attended Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating in 2003, after finishing a private internship with retired executives from Lucent Technologies.

He has been unofficially linked to technology companies Alienware, Dell Computer Corp., Telus, amongst other small venture companies.
