Eugenie Margeurite Honoree Charen

Eugenie Margeurite Honoree Charen (1786 - after 1824) was a French painter.

Sometimes known as Mme de Servieres, she specialized in genre period paintings, and was awarded medals by the Paris Salon of 1808 and 1817 for her work. Her "Matilda makes Malek Abdel promise to become a Christian" (1812) was engraved by Mme Soyer, whilst the evocative "Inez de Castro and her Children at the feet of the king of Portugal" remains at the Trianon Palace at Versailles, near Paris.
