Fall 2008 schedule

Rights to American imports "Wheel of Fortune" and "Jeopardy!" has been acquired by the CBC for broadcast beginning September, 2008. "Wheel" will be seen at 5:30PM local time, and "Jeopardy!" at 7:30PM local time, as to not interfere with "Coronation Street". Television: CBC unveils winter schedule ] ] Previously, "Wheel" aired on various stations throughout Canada (such as the A-Channel stations in Ontario), while CTV carried "Jeopardy!" on most of their stations. The network has indicated that it will air "Wheel" at 5:30 p.m. and "Jeopardy!" at 7:30 p.m. local time, weeknights. "(This acquisition excludes CBET in Windsor, Ontario, in order to protect the rights held by Detroit rightsholder WDIV-TV; CBET wiewers will see "The Hour" and "Emmerdale", instead.)"
