Leif Thorsson has since April 2005 taken a leave of absence from the Supreme Court after having admitted to paying a 20-year old man for sexual services on several occasions. Later the same month the Chancellor of Justice decided not to enter into a process to have Thorsson removed from the Supreme Court.
