Tangier-Boukhalef Airport, airport codes|TNG|GMTT is located near Tangier, Morocco. It is named after the famous Moroccan traveler Ibn Battuta. The airport is being expanded and will become larger, including more flights and traffic. This is part of Tangier's rapid development and modernization projects.

The airport is certified by ISO 9001/2000 quality standards.

Runway details

The airport has two runways but only the longer runway is in active use and 07/25 is closed.Runway information on TAG web about [http://www.the-airport-guide.com/airport.php?airports_id=1911 TANGER] ] The 3500 meter long runway 10/28 is open and is capable of handling all sizes of aircraft up to the size of a Boeing 747 and Airbus A380-800.

Aircraft stand area totals 40.640 m² offering space for four Boeing 737, one B-747, one Boeing 757 and three Airbus A320. For small craft two dedicated sections are assigned.
