Mike Morgan (1928 – 5 June 1958) was a British actor. His film acting debut was in the 1957 film comedy Barnacle Bill, which also starred Alec Guinness.
Morgan played a much larger role in another film with Guinness, The Horse's Mouth, as Nosey, a sidekick of Guinness' character Gulley Jimson. However, shortly before filming ended, he fell ill with meningitis and died before the completion of the film. As a result, many of his lines in the film were dubbed by another actor.[1]
He was married to actress Elvi Hale until his death; she remarried George Murcell two years later.
