Curry played for the Namibian cricket team between 1993 and 1994, having played for Border as much as 20 years previously.
Two of his brothers-in-law also played cricket, Tony Greig between 1965 and 1978 and Ian Greig between 1974 and 1991. Twenty years on in his career, he played five matches in the 1994 ICC Trophy tournament.
