Plot

Trash takes place in New York, when teen Will Anderson, over a series of events, ends of working for the Trash Company--A company that takes weird jobs and later steals what great valuables their employer may have.

Characters

Trash Company

The Trash Company takes on odd jobs from rich people; After completing their work (which includes but is not limited to cleaning), they come up with a heist to steal valuable(s). The jobs so far have helped them prepare, as they get to know the house they are going to steal from by working inside and outside of it.

;Will Anderson: is a 16-year old boy who lives with his uncle Roberto and his cousin Kate. Not much is known yet about his earlier life but he is a honest and considerate boy, sometimes a little cowardly, who cares deeply for those around him. When he hits his head, Will turns into his tougher alter ego Crosse, who is a strong fighter. Will searches for a part-time job because he does not want to appear ungrateful for his uncle taking him in, and winds up employed by the Trash Company. After learning that the Trash Company stole things, his immediate reaction was to call the police, before being reminded by the company that he was considered an accomplice, and his uncle was a boss in the mafia.

;Guy Hooks: A rash and impulsive young man who first encounters Will in a park, he is generally seen as lackadaisical, although he has been shown to honor his promises. Guy takes and interest in Will upon discovering Will's alter-ego, Crosse.

;Bobby: Bobby is a member of the Trash company, although he is a penguin. Bobby seems to be able to understand humans. Although it is unknown if any other of the members are abe to understand Bobby, Guy seems to be able to understand him, or at least is able to get an idea of what he means by his "gaws". Bobby generally wears a bandana or scarf around his neck.

;Feith: An outgoing man who works along side Guy and Will in the Trash Company. He is skilled at fighting with knives and seems knowledgable about surveillance electronics and locks.

;Ginger: The tough boss of the Trash Company. Ginger smokes. Ginger constantly calls Will "boy", on only a few occasions ever calling him anything more. Will becomes slightly annoyed with this, seeing as he is part of the company.

Other Characters

;Roberto Rubeo: Devoted to his daughter Kate and his nephew Will, Rubeo is also a part of the Italian mafia and is also known by some as "a modern-day Al Capone". Although tied to criminal activity, he has a good character and is respected by others in the mafia. Rubeo excels in business makes efforts to legitimize his affairs.

;Kate Rubeo: A young girl and Will's cousin. Kate is aware of Crosse.

;Mel: An older dark haired man who works for the Rubeo household. He is occasionally stoic but honorable man who is a Yale graduate. He has Roberto's trust and looks after Kate and Will.
