The Falmouth and Helston League is an English association football league comprised of clubs from South Cornwall. It consists of three divisions, with the top division at the 13th overall tier of the English football league system. Teams winning Division One may be promoted into the Cornwall Combination.

The league is part of a proposed merger with the Mining League which also runs in west Cornwall. Both leagues current have 3 divisions composed of a similar number of teams.
