In year 1805, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann published a book in Latin Language titled " Fragmenta de Viribus medicamentorum Positivis". In this collection the First part was containing the symptoms observed by the Hahnemann and his colleagues and the second part was having index of the symptoms, catagorised as a shape of repertory.
