"James Gang Live in Concert" is a live album by the James Gang, released in 1971. It contains highlights of performances at Carnegie Hall, New York City. This album is the last to feature Joe Walsh as guitarist & vocalist and Bill Szymczyk as producer & engineer. Actually, part of this concert was recorded in Denver, Colorado around May 29, 1971 when the James Gang opened for Quicksilver Messenger Service. Between "Take a Look Around" and "Tend My Garden" the organ volume decreases to it's lowest level and a shrill whistle can be heard. It's the first whistle with (three) quick cresendos, and the amending author whistled them. By the way, half the audience left during QMS after getting what they came for.
