"Pachyonomastus" is a spider genus of the Salticidae family (jumping spiders). Its only described species, "Pachynonomastus kittenbergeri", is only found in East Africa.

Name

The genus name is a combination of Ancient Greek "pachy" "thick" and the related genus "Onomastus". The species is named in honour of Kálmán Kittenberger, who collected the species.
