Nexperia

Nexperia

Nexperia is a class of semiconductor products from NXP Semiconductors (formerly Philips Semiconductors): a highly integrated, programmable system-on-chip (SoC).

Nexperia is the NXP brand for its group of products designed to streamline the development of "next-generation", connected multimedia appliances. In the Nexperia logo, as shown in the product page, the initial letter is in lowercase.

Nexperia technology is used in various devices, notably mobile phones. Philips claimed that consumers could have up to 100 hours of uninterrupted audio playback on their MP3 players due the chips' low power usage[1]

For example, along with other newer Sony Ericsson phones, the Sony Ericsson P990 contains a Nexperia PNX4008 running at 208 MHz.[2]
